Brian & Melissa Hix are the founders and CEO/Vice President of McKenny Investment Group. Brian has been in the development and homebuilding industry for over 20 years and cut his teeth with some of the top homebuilders in the country. They started McKenny Glenn Homes in 2010 and have grown to become one of the premier home builders in the Rio Grande Valley. McKenny Investment Group has become a leader in homebuilding, mortgage finance and land development and continues to set the bar for quality and customer service throughout South Texas. They have been married since 2006 and share 3 children together.

With over 20 years of experience in project management experience, Elsa has been an irreplaceable and valuable addition to the MGH team ever since she came on board with us almost 10 years ago. In addition to her office manager responsibilities, she also is our selection specialist. She assists customers with their custom selections and walks them through the process. She takes each project from contract signing to construction starts and is hands-on with every customer we have the privilege to build for.

When you meet Ivan, you will immediately put him on speed dial! Ivan is a 25-year veteran in residential and commercial construction as a project manager and project superintendent. Ivan takes the project from construction starts all the way through to the final walkthrough and closing. He is great with our customers, knows how to make them feel comfortable, and brings them a high level of confidence during the construction process.

Frank J. Velasco is the Area Manager for Harrison Lending Group, Inc. Harrison Lending Gorup, Inc., provides mortgage products and services to facilitate real estate transactions. With offices in McAllen.  Frank J. Velasco began his career as a consumer lender in 1995 in downtown McAllen while attending UTRGV, then UT Pan Am. In 1998 he moved over to full-time mortgage production working for a builder-owned mortgage company. In 2004 he Managed the mortgage department at Lone Star National Bank. After a few years, he was recruited by Chase Bank as the area Mortgage manager for South Texas. He continued to work at several banks like BBVA and Plans Capital Bank. In 2014 he started working for independent mortgage companies, and in 2017 he helped pioneer the launch of Harrison Lending Group, a local mortgage broker whose annual sales have consistently topped $40 million.

Martin Rodriguez is an Assistant Construction Manager at McKenny Glenn Homes. From the initial stages of construction to the final walkthrough, Martin oversees each project with attention to detail and dedication to quality. His roles ensures that every home meets the highest standards, providing future homeowners with a seamless and well executed building experience.
