"Janie and Arnold were so patient and responsive with us, even after I changed the paint colors for the nth time. Throughout the whole process, the team was ready to answer questions via phone, email, or in person and were proactive about much of the process. We were allowed to cut and paste our floor plan together from hundreds of options with no extra fee and were very insightful with suggestions to make our vision happen. The process took about 8 months from the very start (inquiry- key). They are willing to be as involved as you want them to be during designing process and at no point gave us a hard time about answering the dozens of questions or changes we had, even on the day when we were supposed to sign off on the prints. We are 5 months post-build and they still answer our questions promtly and send in their team to check on things if they are not right for whatever reason."
